Zarvani Falls Gujarat (Rajpipla)
Think of a place where you can remain ‘incommunicado’ at least for a day from the daily gripes and grunts.This waterfall is deep in a jungle where the mobiles are dead and there are no electricity lines overhead. This is the fantastic Zarvani Falls Gujarat deep inside Shoolpaneshwar Wildlife Sanctuary. The waterfall is approachable from the road from Rajpipla towards Kevadia Colony.
Zarwani Waterfall is located in the Shoolapaneshwar Wild Life Sanctuary in the district of Narmada. The place is close to Vadodara.
The water is perennial here and can be visited any time of the year.
The waterfall is one refreshing place in a dense part of the jungle and this is a famous one in that there are other places that can also be visited.
People from the neighbouring places make it a point to visit this falls.
The waterfall is 28 kms. from Rajpipla towards Kevadia Colony.
The nearest village is Thawadia. The falls is 7 kms. from Thawadia check post. The nearest airport is in Vadodara. The railway station is also in Vadodara.
By road, Zarwani Waterfall is linked to National Highway 8 that leads to major cities. Vadodara is about 90 kms.
To visit the falls, permission has to be availed from the Forest Office.
The waterfall is to be trekked from the parking place.
It is better to wear sports shoes and carry light luggage.
Avoid slippery rocks while climbing near the waterfalls.
Do not litter and avoid plastics.
The electricity generated is with solar energy.It should be used responsibly.
No smoking within the forest and waterfall area.
Avoid loud music
No flash or intrusive photography
